Bring your business to the afternoon

The Ultimate Girls Wellness Day is back, this time at The Hydration Well in Orion Township. Local wellness businesses set up stations under one roof for four hours, and guests move from one to the next, trying services, booking sessions, and meeting the people behind them.

Fill out the form below to apply for a spot. Every station listed on the event page comes from what you submit here, so write your description the way you want guests to read it.

We're bringing in a mix of businesses, things like gluten-free treats, body scans, astrology readings, and massage or chiropractic care. That list isn't locked. If you're something else and think you're a fit, tell us. Vendor spots are limited to five or six businesses, with no two of the same type. The Hydration Well makes the final selections, and we'll let you know after the October 5 deadline. If you're not selected this time, we'll keep you on file for the next event.

Guests can reserve timed sessions with you right on the event page, or simply walk up.

How will guests visit your station? * Walk-up only. No reservations, first come, first served. Reservable sessions. Guests book a time slot with me on the event page. Both. Some reserved slots, plus walk-ups when I'm open.

I understand The Ultimate Girls Wellness Day is a shared event between all participating vendors, hosted by The Hydration Well. I'll promote this event to my own clients and audience through my social media, email list, and text marketing. Turnout depends on every vendor doing their own push. Contact information I collect at my station stays with me. Guest information is not pooled or shared across vendors. Participating businesses will tag and cross-promote each other on social media. I'll arrive at 12:00 PM to set up and keep my station staffed from 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 25. Teardown starts after 5:00 PM. I'll bring my own table, chairs, and everything my station needs. The description and offer I submit are my own. I'm responsible for the claims, disclaimers, licensing, and compliance for my own service. If guests reserve time with me on the event page, I'll honor those reservations.
